DELIVERY SLOT – We will send you an email/text message on the morning of delivery. Please be sure to supply a valid email address and mobile phone number during checkout as you will be able to respond to this message to reschedule delivery for a different day if needed.
Please note that the delivery time is subject to placing your order before 12:00, Mon-Thurs (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will need to allow an extra working day for processing.
Goods will not be despatched or delivered on bank/public holidays.
Please note that delivery guarantees do not apply during adverse or dangerous weather conditions, extremely busy periods (eg. Black Friday) or other factors beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE: if there are any import duties and taxes, these are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
The website stock levels are live and always up to date.
In the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item that is no longer in stock you will be notified by email and are entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative at this stage, should you wish, or proceed with a refund upon your instruction.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE AT ALL?
Please contact Customer Services if you do not receive your order within the time expected. Failure to report within 7 days of order could affect the opportunity to replace/ refund.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES?
To guarantee you receive your order for Christmas, we recommend you place your order at least 2 weeks prior to the last working day before Christmas. If your order is placed after this then we cannot guarantee delivery.
Orders will be dispatched up until the last working day before Christmas if placed by 12 noon.
Orders placed after this will be despatched the first week in January.
